About Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise designed to increase strength and flexibility as well as tone the muscles and increase fitness. Pilates focuses on control and quality of movement – making it a whole-body workout that you will significantly benefit from.

Our Pilates program involves specialised 1:1 sessions with experienced therapists. The sessions involve customised programs consisting of reformer based, exercise ball based and mat-based exercises.

Sessions aim to enhance core stability, trunk strength, joint flexibility and range of movement, and improve muscle endurance.
