Ormond Physiotherapy provides the local community outstanding health services and prides itself on the availability of immediate appointments for those patients in need of our services. Ormond Physiotherapy is a bustling clinic and has extensive waitlists for all services, and thus appointment times are at a premium.
As a result, we have a cancellation policy requiring a minimum of 24hrs notice to cancel or change your appointment. This notice provides the clinic with the opportunity to offer the appointment to a patient in need. If 24hrs notice is not given, a cancellation fee may apply.
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel your appointment on the day, a cancellation fee will apply of 100% of the designated cost. For multiple missed appointments, patients will be required to pre-pay before further appointments can be made.
