TENDONS – LIKE A FRAYED ROPE

Tendons attach muscle to bone and can become strained, torn or inflamed.
They can feel like a bit of rope fraying producing pain, swelling and thickening of the structure.
Tendon injuries, caused by overuse, strain, or trauma, can hinder daily activities and sports.
